ssh user@server -D 9050
Will create a SOCKS port (9050) on your local machine. Point firefox/whatever at localhost:9050 (SOCKS) and browse away!

Connection: 6000kbit download, 768kbit upload. Ping times generally range from 15-40 in the USA.
Stability: Our connection rarely goes down (generally only if there are lines down in the area) and we have replacement hardware ready in case of any unexpected failure.
